Hotel Tórshavn is a guesthouse located on Tórsgøta in Tórshavn. It also houses the restaurant Hvonn and a bar. During the summer, there is also an outdoor dining area and bar outside the hotel and across the road at Undir Bryggjubakka.
Hotel Tórshavn was built in 1932 and previously known as Sjómansheimið, (Seamen’s Home). In 2007, the old Sjómansheimið underwent a major renovation and changed its name to Hotel Tórshavn. The hotel is situated at the lower end of Tórsgøta, at the junction leading to the square down in Vágsbotn, where the statue of Nólsoyar Páll stands.
